This quadrant has 13 neighborhoods which include Morningside, Sunny Slope, Country Club, White Oaks, Golf Terrace Heights, Arden Park, 50th and France, Minnehaha Woods, Creek Knoll, Concord, Pamela Park, Chowen Park, and Strachauer Park. The northeast region has 3 schools, Southview Junior High, Concord Elementary and Normandale Elementary French Immersion. This quadrant has 10 parks dispersed throughout, including the largest, Pamela Park.
