The Northwest quadrant of St. Louis Park is bordered between Highways 100, 169, 394 and County Rd 5/Minnetonka Blvd. The cities of Golden Valley and Minnetonka border the north and west of this community. This region consists of 14 neighborhoods including Shelard Park, Kilmer, Westdale, Crestview, Westwood Hills, Cedar Manor, Pennsylvania Park, Willow Park, Texa Tonka, Eliot, Eliot View, Bronx Park, Blackstone, and Birchwood. The northwest region has 3 schools; St. Louis Park Middle School, Cedar Manor School, and Peter Hobart Elementary School. A total of 16 parks are dispersed throughout this community.
