Neighborhood 6 is located on the west side of Chaska within the Jonathan neighborhood association just north of highway 212. The Jonathan Neighborhood is a community of neighborhoods within the City of Chaska spread out across 2,200 acres with 24,000 residents. The Jonathan Association offers excellent houses, great residents, family friendly environment, and numerous amenities making it an attractive destination to call home.

 

 Neighborhood 6 boats 40 single family homes and 8 townhomes featuring ranch and split level housing styles. Neighborhood 6 is an older neighborhood offering a quiet family friendly environment in a  beautiful wooded setting. Single family housing prices in the neighborhood range from $190,000 to $330,000 while townhomes range from $110,000 to $220,000. Neighborhood 6 is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer.

 

 Neighborhood 6 offers easy access to numerous amenities within the City of Chaska. Residents within Neighborhood 6 are served by Independent School District 112 also known as Eastern Carver County Schools. There are several schools within close proximity to Neighborhood 6 including Jonathan Elementary School, Clover Ridge Elementary School, Pioneer Ridge Middle School, Chaska High School, and Southwest Christian High School. Jonathan Elementary School is located just northeast of the neighborhood, offering a unique personalized learning experience designed to help students thrive. Jonathan Elementary serves 590 students in K-5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.4.
