Neighborhood 5 is located on the west side of Chaska within the Jonathan Association located just north of highway 212. The Jonathan Association is a community of neighborhoods within the City of Chaska spread out across 2,200 acres with 24,000 residents. The Jonathan Association offers excellent housing, great residents, and unique trail system connecting the community.



Neighborhood 5 is an excellent family friendly neighborhood within a beautiful wooded environment offering excellent housing and great residents. Neighborhood 5 is an older neighborhood with 60 single family homes featuring saltbox and cottage housing styles with housing prices ranging from $150,000 to $230,000. Neighborhood 5 has much to offer including great residents, housing, and excellent location.



Residents of Neighborhood 5 have easy access to numerous amenities within the City of Chaska. Several recreational amenities include Chaska Community Park, Friendship Park, Chaska Town Course, the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, and Hazeltine National Golf Club. Other amenities include Chaska Commons Shopping Center and Two Twelve Medical Center. Neighborhoods within The Jonathan Association have access to the Jonathan Trail System and numerous parks around the association. The trail system provides excellent paved trails offering easy access all the neighborhoods within the association and the rest of Chaska.

Neighborhood 5 is served by Independent School District 112 or Eastern Carver County Schools. ISD 112 seeks to provide a personalized learning experience that helps students thrive. There are several schools available to residents of Neighborhood 5 including Clover Ridge Elementary School. Clover Ridge is located less than a mile from the neighborhood, serving 676 students in K-5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.4. Other schools in the area include Pioneer Ridge Middle School, Chaska High School, Jonathan Montessori School, The World Learner School, and Southwest Christian High School.
