The neighborhood community of Pepperwood is located on the northeast side of Minnetonka off of Baker Road just north of highway 7. Pepperwood is an older neighborhood featuring great homes with excellent designs. The neighborhood also offers beautiful wooded scenery full of mature trees, providing residents with a secluded neighborhood atmosphere. The neighborhood consists of 20 single family homes featuring ranch, rambler, and split level housing styles and 30 duplex units. Single family homes in the neighborhood have prices ranging from $250,000 to $550,000 while duplex units range from $200,000 to $300,000.
