The Hunters Hill neighborhood is situated on Susan Lane off of Highway 101 just north of Lake Street Extension in northwest Minnetonka. Hunters Hill boasts approximately 60 homes, a great community, and convenient location. Within the neighborhood, houses range in price from $300,000 to $600,000.

Independent School District 276 serves the community of Hunters Hill. Minnetonka Public Schools is comprised of six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school. One excellent school in the district is Groveland Elementary. At Groveland dedicated teachers serve approximately 620 students in grades K-5. Other schools in the area include Minnetonka Middle School East, Minnetonka High School, Sleepy Tigers Chinese Immersion Preschool, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
