With a population of 1,300 residents, Pamela Park is situated in the Northeast quadrant of Edina. It is bordered on the north by Philbrook Lane, on the east by France Avenue, on the south by Highway 62 as well as Valley View Road, and on the west by Wooddale Avenue. The City of Edina, in cooperation with area residents concerned about the quality of Lake Pamela, and the MCWD have taken steps to reestablish Lake Pamela.
