Skyview Park: Skyview Park is named for its nice view of the Minneapolis skyline. A quieter park, Skyview Park is ideal for young families or those seeking a quiet atmosphere. The park includes a playground and a picnic table. While offering few amenities, on a sunny day Skyview Park’s scenic view is hard to beat.

The Nature Area: Lauderdale has a nature area dedicated to wildlife preservation. Simply called, The Nature Area, the preserve features a pond as well as a historic trolley line. The Nature Area is a great place for a morning stroll or an afternoon walk.

Walsh Lake Park: Walsh Lake Park is another natural area set aside within the city of Lauderdale. Intended to provide natural space for wildlife conservation, visitors can expect to see a variety of wildlife. Kids and adults alike will enjoy watching the ducks, geese, and other birds that frequent the park.
