The city of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota is a large, suburban city located north of Minneapolis. Brooklyn Park also has its own library that belongs to the Hennepin County Library system. A library system that is consistently ranked in the top 10 libraries nationwide, residents have access to all of the books and resources that are a part of this network through an interlibrary loan program.

Brooklyn Park is home to several wonderful golf courses. The Brookland Golf Park is the beginner golfer’s paradise. This 20-acre course is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned pros. It is open to the public and offers 9 holes of varying difficulty. In addition to classic golfing, you can also experience one of Europe’s most popular sports, footgolf, at this course. This sport is a combination of the popular sports of golf and soccer and involves players kicking a soccer ball down a fairway and aiming for a soccer ball-sized hole.

Edinburgh USA Golf Course is another well-known course in the city. It is known for being the “thinking person’s course”, as each shot must be thoroughly planned and thought through. This challenging course will have its visitors utilize each and every one of their clubs, as it is quickly becoming one of the finest public golf courses in the country.

The city of Brooklyn Park’s location is a final contributing factor to the community. As one of the largest cities located near Minneapolis, it offers residents countless amenities and numerous living opportunities.
