The Browndale neighborhood is located in the southeastern corner of St. Louis Park in Ward 2. Browndale is bordered by Excelsior Boulevard to the north, the City of Edina to the south, Wooddale Avenue and Edina to the east, and Highway 100 to the west. This neighborhood covers 160.9 acres with approximately 22 residential blocks.

Browndale is primarily made up of single-family houses, with the exception of Excelsior Boulevard and the businesses situated there.
