What an Epic Weekend!

I apologize for sending out two emails this week, but made an exception because of two major events that just recently happened.

First: My wife Erin & I had our second daughter on Friday (Feb. 8th.) It was an exciting, exhausting, terrifying, and a beautiful experience to say the least! Here is a short one minute video sharing brief highlights. Click on the picture to watch.

Second: I was featured on the front page of the Star Tribune Newspaper on Sunday for an article they wrote about the Twin Cities real estate recovery. You can read their story and see their video by clicking on the picture. I highly recommend reading and sharing it!

This article is good news for every local home owner, especially those who might want to sell. If you have any friends or family that might be buying or selling a property this next year, I’d really appreciate it if you gave them a copy Sunday’s newspaper (or email the link) and referred them to me if they are interested in working with a realtor.
