The new development, Green Ridge Lake Estates, that is scheduled to be constructed along Green Lake will be built by Wilds & Polski. The area the homes will be built in, the Green Lake area, is explained in further detail by a related article. There will be a total of 14 homes within this development, which will be built in two phases. The current phase, phase one, will be showcasing four homes. The second phase, which will immediately follow the first, will showcase an additional 10 homes on more than 50 acres of land. Phase one homes will be in a one-story, walk-out, Craftsmen style, and each will have access to the lake. The total square footage for each home will be between 3,000 and 4,500 square-feet.
