Located in between the Twin Cities, Lauderdale, Minnesota, offers the perfect mix between a big and small town atmosphere. Lauderdale is situated along the western edge of Ramsey County, and is just ten minutes northwest of Minneapolis. The current population of the city is over 2,300 residents, and they have access to employment either within the city, or in nearby locations in the Twins Cities or the surrounding Roseville, and Falcon Heights locations.

Established in 1871, and incorporated in 1949, Lauderdale was named after William Henry Lauderdale, who was an important Twin Cities businessman who donated land to Rose Hill Township. Lauderdale is served by the Roseville Area School District, which contains excellent private and public schools. The city has a total land area of 0.42 square miles. Minnesota Highway 280 serves as one of the main routes in the community, as it connects Lauderdale to the Metro. Lauderdale has much to offer, but its main attraction would easily be its peaceful environment in the midst of its larger neighboring cities.
