North Oaks, Minnesota, is a wealthy suburb that is located 10 miles north of Saint Paul along the northern edge of Ramsey County. The population was 4,469 at the 2010 census. This previously gated community currently contains land that is completely owned by homeowners. The maintaining of roads, parks, facilities, and recreation trails are overseen by the North Oaks Homeowners Association.
