The Symphony Hills neighborhood is located in the northwest corner of the City of Chaska. The neighborhood is bordered by the Bavaria Hills and Nickel Creek neighborhoods to the east and Lake Bavaria to the south. The landscape in the neighborhood features rolling hills with wooded creeks and wetlands. Residents enjoy convenient access to recreational activities at popular locations such as the Chaska Town Course to the south, Lake Bavaria to the west, and the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum to the north. The neighborhood itself consists of 66 Craftsman and New American style homes built from 2007-2014 and range from $450,000 to $600,000.
Symphony Hills is home to one park, Bavaria Park, which is along the border of Symphony Hills and Bavaria Hills. Bavaria Park features a playground as well as open field space so that people can enjoy the outdoors in a quiet environment.
