Indian Hills – Minnetonka Neighborhood

The neighborhood of Indian Hills is located on the northeast side of Minnetonka off of Oakland Road just east of Interstate 494. Indian Hills offers scenic wooded atmosphere full of mature trees, providing residents with a quiet and rural neighborhood setting. The neighborhood boasts 60 single family homes featuring ranch, rambler, and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $400,000 to $930,000. Indian Hills is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes, family friendly community, and great location.

 

Indian Hills features great location within close proximity to a wide range of amenities in Minnetonka and surrounding communities. The closest school to Indian Hills is L.H. Tanglen Elementary School. L.H. Tanglen serves over 500 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, offering a excellent academic program designed to help students succeed. Other schools in the area include Eisenhower Elementary School, Alice Smith Elementary School, Hopkins West Junior High School,  Hopkins High School, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
