Crestview is a neighborhood located in southwest Minnetonka between Beacon Hill Road and Williston Road. Crestview is a smaller sized neighborhood that is made up of just 50 single family homes that range between $270,000 to $660,000. House styles in the neighborhood are primarily ranches and traditional two story traditionals.

Crestview is close to several of Minnetonka’s finest amenities, such as Kinsel Park. Kinsel Park features recreational amenities such as picnic shelters, trails, and boardwalks. The nearest shopping center is Ridgedale Shopping Center, which lies a few miles to the north along 394 and contains popular stores such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, JCPenney, and Sears.
